Rainstar Project Capital is backed by a private capital trust with $250 Billion of capital under management. Rainstar provides sourcing, underwriting and deal management for the trust assisting clients in securing its line of credit product for large projects across media, alternative energy, commercial real estate, technology.
Rainstar Capital Holdings is a private equity investment firm focusing on investing into and acquiring direct lenders, financial services firms, high growth companies, commercial real estate developments and properties.
